LIONS, ZEBRAS, & WILDEBEESTS..
OH MY!!
Jambo Jambo and Good African evening to everyone! The last two days on the Serengeti was unbelievable! All I can say is Lions Lions and more Lions (One of the most majestic creatures on this planet) as well as zebras and wildebeest Galore. Not to mention giraffes elephants hyenas hippos exotic birds gazelles antelopes jackals leopards and cheetahs!
*Some of the photos I took look a bit different because I used a setting called impressive art. It looks good but they don't compare to the originals on the Panasonic Lumix and Nikon.
Anyway as for our first night here - well let's just say we heard every animal on the Serengeti - lions roaring, wildebeest snorting, hyenas laughing etc. In fact I believe a couple of Hyenas sniffed around late last night and laid down right up against our tent. Yikes!
Just finished up our African dinner and are headed to the little bonfire they have here.
I also included some nice Sunset photos in this entry.
Tomorrow May 9th is our actual 25th wedding anniversary and so we start at 5 a.m. and will be Soaring above the Serengeti on a hot air balloon ride! Looking forward to this great memory!
