Only 3 weeks before we leave!

Never thought in a million years we would be Gorilla tracking in East Africa let alone doing this on my actual birthday (May 4th).  Gorilla Tracking permits are hard to come by and only groups of 6-8 are allowed to go each day.  Here's a few YouTube clips that you might find interesting. *By the way I will be 29 again this year!

Wouldn't it be fantastic to have a Silverback and his family groom us along a jungle path somewhere in the Bwindi Forest?  Some of this footage is just unbelievable!  We will be lucky enough to see them up close and personal.  And when I say up-close-and-personal I mean within a couple of feet and/or brushing up along side of us.  Our hearts will be pounding for sure!

Some might think we're crazy doing something this - But I say "Why not do something like this"!  

*By the way there are only about 900 wild Mountain Gorillas left in the in the entire world. That isn't many.
